Q:My vehicle was towed, how do I get it back?

A:

The Tow Yard (Police Impound) is located at 27, Min-Chiuan 8th street, Hualien City.

Office Hours : 8:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m.

Tel : 886-3-8224984.

Q:What shall one do when a traffic accident happened ?

A:

Call 110 (Duty Command Center), report the accident to the Police, including locations, casualties, status of injured, as detailed as possible.

If needed, 110 operator will call the fire department to send an ambulance to the scene.

Make sure that warning signals are properly placed at the rear and front of the car to avoid

traffic obstruction and multiple accidents.

Unless no casualties, or minor injury and under dual agreement, DO NOT move the vehicle.
